Swadlincote is a vibrant community, with business growing with the town centre benefiting from the new supermarket - Morrisons.  Along with Sainsburys Swadlincote has grown into a town that people travel to rather than through.  With lots of leisure activities at the local Leisure Centre, Sharpes Potteries, Beehive Farm, Conkers and many more besides there are plenty of things to keep young and old minds and bodies occupied.

A well networked town with links to the M1, M42 and the A50 all close at hand - and a substantial bus terminal situated in the town centre.  A great commuter town for those that need to travel to the cities for work - or a great town for working in yourself, with growing small, medium and large businesses offering employment.

The housing market in Swadlincote is strong, with overall prices a little lower than some of its neighbouring towns - making an ideal place for first time buyers.
